Working with children has always been a privilege for me. I like how children get so happy with the little things in life. I find that it is very entertaining and heartwarming because they know how to be grateful for the little things. They are also very ambitious and fun to be with because they ask you all these questions that just do not make sense. Nevertheless, I love children will all of my heart and I am willing to help in any way that I can.

Results about reserve levels are chief units of the annual selections of school districts which make about the allotment of their resources. That district reserves differ particularly across the state which depicts the wide variety of situations that weigh upon these local results. While decisions to manage or increase reserves at times are seen as contradictory with endeavors to extend district services, our report discovers that healthy reserves in several cases can assist the districts to keep away risks and charges that otherwise would check districts’ possibility to convey these services. Reserves permit the districts to handle cash flow, ease funding buoyancy, address sudden charges, save for large buys, and lessen the borrowing charges. Regarding the currently adopted caps on reserves, our report discovers that districts could take many actions in an effort to keep away these caps, though at the charge of including intricacy and bewilderment to locally accomplished budget practices. To the extent districts answers to the caps by investing down reserves, they possibly would experience a number of extra risks and charges. Nullifying the caps would permit the Legislature to keep away these risks. Additionally, by emphasizing its attention on refining reserve, the disclosure needs, the Legislature could make better local planning and make district budgets more reactive to local requirements.
